Big News!!

Hi, Horse Friends! 

Happy September to you!  This Summer is just FLYING by!  I hope you all have had wonderful adventures with your horses but also took some time to rest, too.  And if you have school aged kiddos like I do, that the start of the school year went well.  

I have some really BIG news to share - and I am very excited!

As some of you know, I am obsessed with learning, growing, and having all of the tools possible to help your horses who I truly love as my own.  Throughout the last two years of Healing Edge Equine LLC, I have taken numerous certifications to add more knowledge to my toolbox - such as myofascial release, barefoot hoof health and hoof trimming, became a certified Pulse PEMF Practitioner, just to name a few, and yes, I even dissected an entire horse this past Spring! 

I applied for a dream of an opportunity to work directly with Maija Luttinger of Freely Forward Bodywork, and after an application and interview process, I was one of just a few selected to be the first to go through her 440 hour certification program!  I was shocked but am THRILLED to be able to do this!  If you don't know Maija, she is an incredible human being who started her business for the same reason I did - because we both owned a horse who just needed something more, something that was "missing" from their care routine, something different than what our horses were getting from traditional vet, nutritionist and chiropractic services.  I don't think that either of us ever imagined that our passion in this industry would lead to where we are now and turn into thriving businesses.  While our paths to get where we are have been very different, our paths have crossed (yet again).

Meeting Maija in person at the Kentucky 3 Day Event in April!  And no, we absolutely did not intend to match LOL.  This still makes me giggle! 

With this news - I will be in Pennsylvania and Maryland the first half of October; right now I am planning to travel October 3rd with a return on October 14th and will be unavailable for appointments during that time.  My hope is to work right up to the trip and pick back up with appointments upon my return, but I will have more detailed information available next month.  *If you'd like to secure your October appointment in advance, I have pre-booking available!  This will be great if you have a show, clinic, trail ride, etc that you need Equine Massage and/or PEMF services for so we can plan in advance to ensure your horses feel their best!  Please text me 574-400-9177 to reserve your appointment slot!

I can't thank all of my clients enough for being a part of my story - every single one of them and their horses continue to teach me something new every session - and getting to have the friendships I have because of our shared love of the horse has been incredible!  I am grateful for my clients' support and I am honored to all that allow me to work with your 4-legged best friends!
